Admir Sefo joined Next Parking in 2016 as a Director of Asset Preservation. His experience in Construction Project Management and Project Design of building restoration compliments the ongoing CapEx construction projects at the Millennium Garages. He oversees all aspects of CapEx projects, from budgeting and scheduling to implementation and monitoring. This involves constant communication with consulting engineers, contractors, garage operators, as well as third parties such as Millennium Park Management and the City of Chicago.  Additionally, Admir provides engineering support in exploring alternate uses of the garages, as well as potential upgrade projects (e.g. wireless services and energy-efficient usage of the building systems). Finally, he oversees the maintenance programs for the building and its systems, and schedules any and all required testing and inspections to ensure compliance with concession agreements.
